Giclée Art Print
I was asked to draw a „very Berlin“ piece – without too much of the typical tourist touch – for „150 years IUMI“. Limited Giclée Art Print with a hand-cut museum style passepartout, signed, numered and embossed.
So I did a drawing with a few sights, such as the Berliner Dome and a rather hidden TV-tower.
I love the tower building itself, but usually try to avoid to draw it – due to it’s „way too often seen, tourist-postcard feel“. Guess I found some nice compromise. Client happy | happy me.

I was asked to create a „Wimmelbild“ to visually show a housing concept wich is about to be realized.
It is gonna be a multi-generation-house and way more than that. A very complex concept that includes housing, community, business, gardening and many more.

I had the honor to do a bunch of illustrations for the current catalogue / Leporello for the URBAN NATION Museum Of Urban Contemporary Art. It’s a little „coloring leporello“ to paint/draw your own art in/on the architecture of The UN itself and the streets around. It comes with the catalogue, but can also be purchased separately.

XI DESIGN | KaDeWe
I was invited to paint inside the well known and internationally famous KaDeWe Berlin. Ten hand chosen artists (including myself) each represented a major local brand by building / painting our very own world inside a huge shopping window.

H23 | "Urban Red"
Task was to create a „Red Urban World“ on the 7th. floor of H32/ FinTech Hub Berlin.
This floor is huge and I just uploaded some of the walls yet.
Sometimes it’s a thin line between art/ concept art/ design/ illustration.
So I’ll post it in the ART section and in ILLUSTRATION as well.

LEIBNITZ GYMNASIUM
These Icons and floor plans are part of an extensive guidance system for the LEIBNITZ GYMNASIUM / Potsdam. I did the whole concept based in colors and minimalistic illustrations and developed it together with the kids (7th. / 8th. and 9th.- graders), who finally painted the school subject related illustrations on the school floor walls themselves. The outlining was done by me again to give it a consistent look. This super fun project took about 10 months – two days per month during school days together with the art teacher. I was invited to give a lecture at Urban School / San Francisco. Drawing class. Students were super into it.
BAU FAIR / ECB – Graphic recording
Six day – all day – live drawing for (client) ECB at „BAU“ Fair, Munich. A lot of work, but super fun. All done in white on a huge blue panel / wall with a chalk marker. Once one piece was done – it was erased and I started a new one… drawing in motion… Here’s a little film.
